Parents and teachers use the mobile app; the center office uses the desktop app on its computer. Every way to install it is on this page, and you do not need to sign in.
Mobile app
One app for parents, teachers and home caregivers
Parents see what their baby ate and how they slept today, receive photos and sign permissions. Teachers jot things down as the day goes and chat with families. A home caregiver runs everything from the phone alone. Available for iPhone and Android.
The app is free to download. To see your baby’s records you need an invitation code from the childcare center or caregiver.
Desktop app
The day’s workspace on the center office computer
One big screen shows who has arrived, who has not, and what needs doing right now. When a child arrives, the computer reads out their name, so nobody has to watch the screen. After installing it, generate a pairing code in the center console and type it in to connect.
- ・On Windows, if a blue safety notice appears during installation, choose “More info” and then “Run anyway”.
- ・It updates itself once installed, so you never have to come back for a new copy.
- ・The desktop app is an add-on for centers: the director turns it on in the console and generates the pairing code. Parents and teachers do not need it.

Parents
Install the app, then join with the code from the center
Daily journals, photos, medicine and pick-up permissions all live in the app. If you have not received an invitation code yet, ask your baby’s center or caregiver. You can also start keeping records at home right away; they join up once your baby enrols.
Teachers and home caregivers
Install the app, then join with the code from your center
One account can work at several centers at once, just switch between them, no second account needed. A home caregiver is a center of one and can do everything from the phone.
Directors and administrators
Open your center on the web, then invite staff and families
Fill in a few basic details online and your center is open, with nothing to wait for on our side. Add classrooms and children, hand out invitation codes, and you can start recording the same day. The office computer then gets the desktop app as its daily workspace.
